Reasonable Vehicle

Good price, gas economy! Dealer has tried twice to fix airbag and or sensor. Manual is horrible for self service, probably by intention. Instrument cluster adjustment takes some getting used too. Lack of spare tire is a joke. Just include one! Uses some oil between changes!

2024 Hyundai Tucson - meh

I loved the looks of this car and the luxury amenities, but I have found I preferred my Kia Sportage. Paid $40K cash and feel like it was a waste - dissatisfied!

Not fixed

We brought the car in to have the Bluelink reset so that it would not not keep sending messages that the car needs a 22,000 mile servicing. However, it has started again. So clearly not fixed and annoying, especially at this time of year when there is so much going on as we approach the holidays. Now we have to come in again.

Terrible service

Used oil right from the fist day told them every time I had a oil change half to add half a quart of oil between oil changes nothing was ever done carpet on passenger side became very soft and was very mushy they looked at it and said the padding under the carpet is bad and needs replaced we will do it because it is still under warranty we will order the parts a week later they called and said Hyundai will not warranty it because they said I had the carpets washed and they never dried properly I told them no carpet was ever washed they told me to get it fixed myself so I traded the car off because of the problems and poor service!
