Amazing vehicle, just one flaw

I love my Tucson! It’s great in the snow and efficient on gas. The only issue I have is the mic doesn’t work. When using Bluetooth for calls or Apple CarPlay the other person can’t hear me. It’s been like this since I bought it and when I took it in for service they didn’t fix it like I requested.

Mysterious water leakage

Water leakage on the passenger side floor, had it in twice, resealed windshield and still having issues. Northern Michigan winters moisture issue freezes up defroster fan. Had to solve by placing a small room heater inside vehicle for 45 minutes to thaw out ice build up on defroster fan. Using a weather cover now over windshield blocking water and ice completely.. so annoying.

Water leak issue unsolved.

Defrost fan freezes up in winter making defrosting windows impossible without an external heater running inside for 45 minutes.

good quality. no problems to date. wiper design is not user friendly, leaves and sticks get caught in space at bottom of windshield-hard to clean out even with wipers parked on glass
