Reliable and comfortable

generally, I enjoy owning and driving this SUV. It has been very reliable, even in extremely cold weather and navigates in ice and snow very well. However, it's been a challenge to understand how to find all the features to use when driving as there are many menus to navigate. My local Hyundai shops are annoying because they email frequently and aggressively about needing service on my vehicle, when I really don't need maintenance yet as I am not a heavy use driver.

Just okay

Car is okay. Does its job. Add ons not impressed by. Remote start doesn’t consistently work nor does CarPlay. The app never worked for my car. Overall mediocre feel.

The perfect SUV for two retirees

This SUV is perfect for our life style. Plenty of cargo space and room for use and three guests. It is very comfortable and has a quiet ride. It is very economical and has all the safety items one would expect in a much more expensive car. We have not had any repairs needed in the two years since we purchased the SUV.

Nice small SUV

I enjoy a very comfortable ride in my Tucson. Very spacious cargo area with rear seats folded down. Interior is comfortable with heated seats. Voice commands to respond to text messages is cool. Very good value with the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty.

Needs some improvements

The heat in car is lame. Doesn't heat up like it should. Back window very hard to keep clean with new design for wipers being hidden on top of window. Underpowered engine - needs a v6 for this amount of weight and size. Tires (Michelin Primacy's) tread getting low - need replaced after 2 years of regular driving is disappointing.

2024 Hyundai Tuscon

I wasn't looking to purchase a new car but my older Hyundai, which I LOVED, had the oil consumption issue that you refused to acknowledge so I ended up purchasing another only because the dealer gave me a higher resale value than any other dealer. I wish you guys didn't get rid of all the good colors on the car either, my older Hyundai was Tuscan Sunset. I basically settled with my new car, which no one should have to do.

Over all happy with it. Good value. Was surprised that with the trim level we got it doesn't have garage door opener remote built in or cooled seats. Found this out after purchased. But happy with the vehicle.
