Large amount of work was done and it was completed as scheduled. I have had no issues with the work.
I would like more written feedback as to what was done (completed) and any information on anything noted during the work (I.E. Transmission looked clean, no unusual ware, or fluid was dirty/normal, etc.)

I needed a new remote key fob for my 20-year-old Jeep. Karen ordered the keys and recommended a local
dealer to cut and calibrate them. Despite a hefty charge, the keys didn’t work. It took 2 days but Karen and Steve didn’t leave me at a loss. They followed through with integrity and grace. Soon after, one of my work colleagues - another Jeep lover - asked if I could recommend a reliable service. I did: “All About Automotive”. He came back glowing. What more can I say?

In our 40 years of living in Vancouver, we have tried a dozen different auto maintenance shops. This
last decade, however, I've only gone to one shop, Top Performance. People are knowledgeable, prices are reasonable, work is done efficiently and I get what I pay for. Everyone who has ever worked with me in the office has been friendly and helpful; they seem to like their jobs and enjoy working with customers. I have no need to ever go to any other shop again.
