Seth Peterson went above and beyond all expectations to help us with our choices, lease details, insurance and financial details. He even offered to pick her up from the airport! The car was cleaned and gassed up and waiting for her when she arrived. We needed to turn in our lease so we went to Burdick Hyundai I asked to talk to Tim Brauchle who has
always been our salesman, knowing he was semi-retired at this point. Tim still assisted us in our decision on what we wanted to do with our vehicle, once things were decided he turned us over to another salesman Nick Wiggin to finalize our deal. I cannot thank Tim enough for his guidance and Nick was excellent!! Things have changed (as everything) over our time in dealing with Burdick some good some bad but no matter what questions we had Nick went over and above to give us the correct answer. We would highly recommend Nick to anyone who would like to talk with an honest, polite, well-mannered salesman. Thank you, Tim, and Nick for your help.

When it comes to depending on Chico Hyundai to service our 2016 Sonata we consistently have depended
on Remi Robles through the years. This was especially important last month when our engine quit working on the freeway and we had the car towed to this dealership. Remi was there for us at each step along the path to getting our car inspected, finding the problem that the engine froze and needed to be replaced. The day he ordered the engine he also got us a rental until our vehicle was repaired. This is so important since our beloved Sonata is our only transportation.

ned everything so I understood, polite, caring on what my needs are and what I was comfortable in. When out in a storm and brought the car in for me to see. Took me for a test drive and was explaining so many things as he drove. Helped me step up the car, handles all the insurance information. Never got upset with me and made me feel thankful I came to Lester Glenn. Always offered water tea coffee. I need to leave because my husband is ill but I am going in on Saturday to go over a few more things. I have never had a sales person go the lengths he did. Will highly recommend Lester Glenn and most definitely refer Binish and I will buy there again.
