Seth Peterson went above and beyond all expectations to help us with our choices, lease details, insurance and financial details. He even offered to pick her up from the airport! The car was cleaned and gassed up and waiting for her when she arrived. I want to let the world know about the customer service experience I have had with this dealership. I have never felt like I was just a customer or that I am gonna be ripped off. The reps answered all my questions and informed me of my options. They explained everything to me in detail. The GM -owner should be very proud of his team THEY are wonderful.

When it comes to depending on Chico Hyundai to service our 2016 Sonata we consistently have depended
on Remi Robles through the years. This was especially important last month when our engine quit working on the freeway and we had the car towed to this dealership. Remi was there for us at each step along the path to getting our car inspected, finding the problem that the engine froze and needed to be replaced. The day he ordered the engine he also got us a rental until our vehicle was repaired. This is so important since our beloved Sonata is our only transportation.
