Quality work, communication issues?
I called a week ahead to make an oil change appointment for my truck, but the service department seemed to have lost the appointment on the day I came in for the oil change. I immediately rescheduled for the following week there at the service counter and asked if there was a way to receive confirmation of appointment to avoid the issue in the future. I was told I would get a text confirmation, but never did. I called the morning of my new appointment to confirm time and dropped my vehicle off early in hopes of a quick oil change. The tech did get the oil change completed quickly, but also said he called me to let me know work was completed, but I never received the call and did not have a missed call. I confirmed my phone number was correct on my invoice, so I can't really explain why they are unable to send me communication through text or phone. But they did a great job, it was just frustrating to reschedule.

The service has always been good so far. The service reps are polite and efficient and the mechanics quickly complete the job. I haven’t had any trouble with my F150 but when the inevitable happens, I’m sure Mike White Ford will make the repairs with no problem.

I really appreciate being met at my car, or at least someone asking me "How can I help you" as soon as I stop my vehicle and open the door. Brent was the advisor I worked with this time. He was very corial, had a smile, and his demeanor was welcoming. I waited for the service to be completed, and he was prompt in letting me know my vehicle was ready. Thanks, Brent, for your kindness.

Service review
Very courteous during check in and out. Shuttle service is great. I scheduled vehicle for a LOF & Tire Rot. I was also having an issue with rear passenger seat that is loose and rattling. I showed the service tech
the issue. He said they would look at it and when I picked it up a different tech said it locked and tech. did not hear the rattle. This was not the case. I went back after I checked it and was told to make another appointment. Then I went to order the part that would not lock the seat into position. I was shocked that the 2" plastic piece costs $188.00 from Ford Parts and would not include svs tech time to investigate and install.
