I am very sorry for the outcome of the recall that was performed on your vehicle. We typically do not have many issues after performing the recall and unfortunately your vehicle was one of the few that had to come back. I can completely understand your frustration with the sequence of events that occurred. I am sorry for the time taken coming back, getting into a rental and the time it took to get your vehicle repaired also.
