30,000 mile service
I have no issues with the service itself, everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The service was done within the time frame I was told at the price quoted. The only two issues I have are when I arrived home, my son looked under the hood and found lots of empty snail shells around the engine and his concern is did any of these fall into engine while oil was being changed. No way to check and cars running fine, so we figure all's well. The shells are a result of a animal issue we are having and normally are cleaned off. Unfortunately didn't have time that morning and he wonders if the serviceman cleaned some off to change oil, why not just do them all since other fluids, belts......were changed/checked at this service. Or were none removed and hopefully didn't get into any places they should not be. He also wondered if oil change......was done. Since I have never had any issues with the service department, am assuming all work I paid for was done. My second issue is the spelling of my name, its Janet not Janna. The person who wrote the contract when I purchased the car spelled it wrong, wrote a new contract with the correct spelling, yet everything for/from Hyundai comes with incorrect spelling. Normally I wouldn't care but have had ongoing issues with the sales department at this location that are never resolved. In addition to quite a few emails from different corporate employees saying problem taken care of. So bottom line, I will probably continue to use the service department at this location, but will not buy or recommend any one buys a car there.

I trust the personnel at temecula Hyundai to treat me with courtesy and not use the service department to push sales for a new car. My vehicle has performed flawlessly since I purchased it in 2015. I attribute part of that to the regular maintenance performed at temecula Hyundai. Be assured that when the time comes I will purchase my next car from temecula Hyundai.

I am very sorry to hear that we did not figure out what was wrong with the noise on the vehicle. I have spoken to the technician that worked on your vehicle and the only noise heard was resolved my adjusting a part of the actuator for the vents in the dash area. Please feel free to contact me and I will set a time where we can test drive the vehicle and duplicate the correct noise and hope to resolve it.

I thought the repair was exceptionally high. My whole bill was a little over $600 with $95 for parts and the rest was labor, well over $400.

It's a big expense for a senior citizen.
