Well thought out but support could be better

Enjoyed driving this car everyday that I owned it. The faster chartering on this model is worth the cost. Very comfortable front seats along with plenty of space for other things you need with you. My only issue was how I was treated by Hyundai Customer service and 2 of the 3 Dealers that I interacted with for purchase and service.

Wonderful car except of for one issue

Drives like a sports car, rocket ship acceleration, excellent dash. but kills 12V battery and is not reliable.

Love this car! It is so fun to drive that it makes me smile every time. This is a great car for transitioning from gas to EV. Just enough buttons to make it familiar and enough screen to make it feel upgraded.

We wish it had more range and a few features which are missing

Absolutely require more range. My Ioniq5 was always providing unrealistic mileage range numbers after a charge. Range anxiety always prohibited me from long trips such as a Pittsburgh to Tampa trip to visit daughters. Need to redesign center console. It’s unworkable and of little use. You should have added wireless charging capability for sure. I found that the seats were supportive but I need more padding. Anybody with a bad back may have some issues. Otherwise a wonderful vehicle.

first off, we love the car. unfortunately, the 2023 and older models do NOT have rear windshield wiper which impedes our vision during inclement weather.

This is a lease, I don't know what else is asked of this question

Good vehicle overall. Dealer support for me is 60 min away. This is not OK but not a surprise. There is a persistent rattle in the back of car and our dealer is too difficult to schedule in for a repair. Leaves a less than good impression of Ionic5 overall
