Nothing but problems

Been through 3 Tuscans in 3 years. And Hyundai won’t help me or put me in another vehicle so very mad. Issues from coolants leaks to loosing power to check engine lights and much more

Great and reliable vehicle never had an issue when it comes to getting where I needed to be. However, electronic issues that I experienced were the charging pad not working all the time and the apple car play not always connecting.

Problemas con el aceite

Mi carro eatuvo funcionando bien por 2 años, con la excepcion que sentia el carro sin mucha potencia al querer acelerar mas. De unos meses para aca el carro me indica que los niveles de aceite estan bajos (aun lejos de su fecha para servicio). Ya me ha ocurrido lo mismo 2 veces y me parece ilogico que un carro tan nuevo presente este problema. Cada vez que llamo a servicio por este problema parece molestarles y no me dan una solucion rapida considerando que si este detalle no es atendido a tiempo se puede quemar el motor del carro. Y por ultimo toda esta situacion es desgastante porque no tengo mucho tiempo de estar llevando el carro a cada instante al servicio por tener largas horas de trabajo y estando en embarazo.

Pros and Cons

Overall, it's not a bad vehicle, although it has experienced its share of issues. The transmission failed and had to be replaced twice. The first replacement sent from Georgia was also defective, so they had to order a second one. Additionally, there is an electronic hum that increases in volume when the gas pedal is pressed, likely due to a malfunctioning ground wire. The auto shut-off feature at stop signs and stoplights is a terrible idea and should be removed from cars permanently. I can't count how many times I've forgotten to turn it off, only to experience a delay when I try to pull out. This has almost led to me being rear-ended on two occasions. Additionally, the leather in the seat has torn from me getting in and out—it's the cheapest quality leather I've ever seen. Thanks for the cost-saving measures, Hyundai. My undercovers snapped off too, both the Left and Right middle sections. Front undercover is still in place.

WARRANTY DEFAULT

Driver's seat IS and HAS been defective since purchased (sunken indenture where you sit, very, very obvious, had it replaced THREE (3) times and it's now worse than ever). I'm 110 lbs, carry NOTHING in my rear pockets to cause this problem.....extremely dis-satisfied. The Dealer says it's caused by "normal wear" and thus, NOT covered by Warranty. This seat was DEFECTIVE from the date of purchase, began showing the sunken effect in the seat area within 2-3 weeks of purchase! CLEARLY and DEFINITELY a factory defect which Hyundai should in good faith correct.
