Reliable vehicle with aesthetically pleasing features and comfortable

I love the way the vehicle drives very smooth. The versatile driving modes make driving more enjoyable. The dash is in a perfect position and size. I will say the moonroof is what made me fall in love more with the vehicle and all the automated driving safety features really allow for a safe driving experience. Sometimes the sensitivity can be too high on the collision warning system. I would like to point out that the cup holders were easily damaged/scratched with my car keys over time and could improve on material design. Also, the alarm system might be faulty or less sensitive as my passenger window got smashed while at the gym and my alarm did not go off.(My old Hyundai Elantra would go off if a motorcycle drove past it.) Overall, I think the design is great, the features really allow for my experience to be more comfortable being on the road and far more enjoyable too. The speakers are great too. The front grill could have a better material instead of plastic. A rock rolling down the freeway hit my front end and broken the grill pretty easily.

2023 Hyundai Tucson N-line

I really like this vehicle the mpg is about 34-35 it pulls a trailer or a boat with no problem. I do have one complaint though, it seems to slide a little bit when you hit a bumpy stretch in the road and I don’t know if it is the suspension or just that the tires are too hard of a compound. Overall I am really pleased with my Tucson as my wife is with her 2023 Sonata.

Good

It has good features for both comfort and safety... rear view camera with dynamic guidelines, lane assist, auto hold etc. But overall I don't enjoy the feel of it when driving... doesn't "feel" very sturdy and stable (even though it may operate in a stable way). The steering wheel is not as smooth as you would want. The pickup from stop is sometimes absolutely horrible - it's almost like it stalls sometimes. I also got the leather seats., but the seats are not really comfortable. On a long drive (around 4 hours), the seats feel quite unpleasant and uncomfortable. That's a huge downside. The mileage isn't very good either. I bought it during COVID shortage when the vehicle supply was short and the demand was high. So the price was a bit high. The vehicle has had no operation problems and has good features, but not worth the price.

2023 Tucson

Was happy with everything except: transmission hesitation (I noticed several other complaints about this), I took it in twice and was told they could not notice it. Seat material not holding up, this is an easy fix for a manufacturer. I’ll definitely be looking to see who also uses this transmission.

The wiring harness went bad. Vehicle only had 25500 miles on it

My wife and I really enjoyed the Tucson until it locked in 5th gear and I couldn't get it out. After 2 months priority Hyundai put in a new wiring harness they didn't know what was going on for months.
