Great experience, no pressure sale

We recently purchased a new vehicle from Temecula Hyundai and were very pleased.

Lou helped us identify a vehicle that is a great fit, was friendly and helpful throughout, and has followed up several times to ensure all is well. He even gave us his personal cookies when we mentioned we wanted a snack! If you are looking for a low key, likable sales person ask for Lou.

It was a pleasant car buying experience, no pressure. Love that!

Chris is finance was also professional, friendly and fast.

The dealership itself is clean, new and nice. My only suggestion would be to install some vending machines because the car buying process can be long and it’s nice to have snacks.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Both Nate in sales and Dean in finance were absolutely fantastic! They were very professional, knowledgeable and kind, making us feel very comfortable and confident in working with them. They went above and beyond to find us the exact car we were looking for and to do everything possible to give us the best deal. We’ve purchased vehicles from many different dealerships in the past and this by far was the best experience we’ve had. We felt very well taken care of as well as a level of trust. Bad Buying Experience

Originally I purchased 2023 Santa Fe Sel, Temecula Hyundai dealership delivered the dent spot near gas tank and damaged gas tank covered. Thank you for Ryan Ruiz, my Sale Associates, who was helping to point out these damages. Grateful and appreciate for Ryan’s services. He had provided an excellent customer service. Then I exchanged it for the 2024 Tucson Hybrid SEL Convenient, and the Digital Key feature was not working, and was not showed up in my BlueLink account. This time I was helped by different sale associates. Despite the facts that I contacted Temecula Hyundai, BlueLink and Hyundai corporate multiple times and I could not get any help from Temecula Hyundai/BlueLink nor Hyundai. Why did Hyundai advertise this Digital Key feature was comparable to Apple IPhone and it is not working?
