We have purchased 8 cards from Temecula Hyundai and you will not find a better dealership. Brad is the general manager and he always provides the best customer service. Phelib and Chandler are great sales associates, Dean and Pedro make us feel like we are so important and the finance team always finds a way to help us get the right maintenance package. If you are looking for a Hyundai (and they are the best cars), you will not go wrong with this dealership!

Purchasing and finance were great. Service is lacking.
The sales and finance departments were great I have no issue with them. The service department I would not rate highly. When I purchased my Santa Fe Hybrid Caligraphy model there were scratches in the matte finish of the hood. They told me it would take a week to repaint. Then they said two weeks. My service advisor said he didn’t know who would tell me a week-you did. Then I got an e-mail after a week asking what I thought of the service on my car. No idea I don’t have the car! I have had Porsches and Jaguars and Cadillacs. Service is always excellent. I feel Hyundai needs to step it up in the service department. I also got a loaner…a Toyota Corolla. Quite a step down from my $55k car I just bought. Again I find this lacking.
