Great ride and comfort

My vehicle is already thrown codes and feels sluggish. It almost has no power at all. I bought it because it’s comfortable. Also, my paint started coming off of my vehicle within the first three months. I’ve taken it into the dealership and they just tell you to buy a paint pen that the paint just falls off, that it’s “typical”.

Comfortable but it doesn’t have initial “pick up and go “

I am disappointed that the car does not accelerate well from standing or slow speed . Concerning when entering expressway.

We like our Tucson alot. very comfortable for travel, nice gas mileage . The wife liked this car from the start, Styling, comfort...to many features to master. Really enjoying the car.

Not as great as earlier models

I have had several tucsons and this one is not my favorite. They took away the sunglass holder. Also, the engine stops and the AC goes off when you are at a traffic light which is very annoying especially during the summer months. This may seem like small features but the earlier models were just better. Not sure I will get another one.

Disappointed

In designing features into new vehicles the manufacturers can sometimes go to far. An older person like myself may not live long enough to understand all the settings included on newer vehicles. Are they all really necessary? When I traded my last Hyundai I hadn't even understood all the options and settings available on it. My current vehicle had to have tires replaced at 15000 miles because one of them had a problem?? I have owned more than 20 vehicles in my life and never had that experience. One feature I really dislike is having to remember to push a button to stop the vehicle from shutting off when I stop for a light or other reason. How about I get the option to turn that on if I choose to. I am currently looking for a new vehicle for my partner who is also an older person and finding difficulty selecting one that will not take her the rest of her life to learn all the features.

I Love my HYUNDAI!!!!

This car has every gadget and thingy you knew you wanted in you next car. It also has 12 more things you never even knew you wanted or needed. It's beautiful, gets great mileage, roomy while not being too big....it's literally perfect!!!!

My Second Hyundai Tucson

My first Tucson was purchased in 2012. I kept that vehicle for eleven years and, while I experienced some issues, they were always taken care of under the warranty. That reliability was the main reason I chose to purchase another Hyundai. I am hoping for the same level of service with this vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience so far has not been as positive, as the skid plate “fell off” and was not covered under warranty. I am hoping this was a one-time occurrence and that future service will reflect the quality I had come to expect from Hyundai. Were it not for the skid plate issue, I would've selected all TENs.
