Love it but could use some tweaks

I think the car itself is a good car. It’s comfortable and I enjoy driving it. I only have a few things that could change. - the volume and temperature controls should be buttons or knobs. It’s often a safety issue to have to look down and see where to place my finger for either of those and it’s just more convenient to twist the volume up rapidly rather than hold my finger down when I want to turn it up or down quicker. - The rear backup lights are almost non existent and although the cameras in the entire vehicle are great it’s just not enough light at night when reversing. - I like that I do not need to use my hands to open the trunk but I think the sensor that you kick your foot under would be better. You feel a little silly standing there for so long waiting for the trunk to register that you want it to open. - Finally and probably the most minor thing is color choices. Although the car has a relatively good color variety it’s upsetting to see a light blue or light green Santa Cruz drive down the street and wish the Tucson came in that color or something like it. Overall I don’t regret my purchase but just some things to keep in mind for future models. Please let me know if there is ever a recall on the buttons.

Hate the automatic shutoff of the engine when you pause at a light.

There should be a permanant overide to the automatic engine shutoff. I'm certain it's not good for the engine.
