Great value for the money!

Good car for everyday drivers. Good highway mileage so so with in city driving. The parking sensors were questionable. They would sound alerts because of oncoming traffic while the car was stop at a red light. Became frustrating when the techs couldn’t seem to find the solution.

Lemon

Bought the suv new and was the first to drive it. I really wanted the Tucson, and was excited to drive it. It was great for about a month and then the electronic system started acting up. The first time I went to use the gps my entire infotainment system and sound went down. Took to the dealership and they said it had a recall but they couldn’t get the part; so they did a quick restart of the system and I was on my way. This happened at least three more times before I got the replacement part installed. The new part lasted a month and the same thing happened. The warning sign that my infotainment system was about to crash was always that my school zone/ speed camera speed alerts would stop going off. Usually, within a few days after that my system would completely stop working. I would have a picture on my screen but no sound in the entire car: no gps directions, no phone, no music, and no warning system. I did some googling and found out this is a problem that has plagued the Tucson and the Sonata for over a decade. To make matters worse the dealership that I took my vehicle to acted like I was not just an inconvenience but also lying. They tried to tell me that my vehicle had no warnings on speed camera zones and one time told me they “fixed” it when I got into the vehicle nothing worked. I was beyond frustrated, mind you the vehicle had was than 3000 miles because I only drive about 10 a day round trip. Long story short, I tried it in on a more reliable brand.

Like the car do not like that it doesn’t hold its value

When I had the oil change on my car I received a text from the manager saying they would like to buy my car for 23000 it has 14000 miles on it I paid 38000 that is a 15000 dollar lose on two years did I buy the wrong car that was the dealer in tyler

Great hybrid

Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited great technology and interior the hybrid help save on gas. The technology of safety is great with road safety like line assist, side camera, and much more the interior has heat seat in front and backseat. The trunk has no hand assist. The interior has bird eye view camera, navigation, full sunroof, and light ambience. Over all this car is great for mom.

It was more about the time the service wait.

I was told it would be 3 hours for my service. After 5 hours I sent an email, but got no response. I tried calling service, but got no answer. I called the sales department, but the person who answered the phone didn't seem to know how to get up and go over to the service department in order to help me. I finally had to just go there and hope my car would be ready. It happens that it was, just as I showed up.

Great small suv

First time buying this brand. So far I’ve really enjoyed driving it. It has all the bells and whistles I wanted for a good price. I loved the design. I just wish the console was open all the way through underneath like the palisade though. Otherwise, I think it just about perfect. But I’m waiting to see how expensive the cost of Blue Link is after my 36 months is up.
